From £199/month. Everything in Option A plus a company handbook, management support, and ACAS interaction — tiered to your team size.
£1,199/month. A hands-on HR business partner service with on-site support, management development, and fully tailored guidance — negotiable based on site attendance needs.
Perfect if you need key documents created or refreshed, without a monthly commitment.
Includes a core contract, a standard offer letter, a Company handbook and up to 3 individual policies or additional contracts.
Includes all documentation as outlined in Standard but as a bespoke package of documentation, additional policies built into the handbook, designed around your business and your operational needs.

Retained clients generally do not pay travel costs — this is typically included or agreed as part of the arrangement. For project-based and pay-as-you-go clients, travel is charged at 45p per mile where the distance from the Consultant's postcode is 41 miles or more. We will always advise you of any travel costs prior to site attendance. Clients are responsible for overnight accommodation and reasonable expenses where applicable.
At present, there are 2 HR specialists. Suzanne is based within the SA10 postcode and Sarah within the CF81 postcode. This enables site visit costs to be minimised.
- Retained packages: 1 month in advance
- Fixed-price projects: 35% upfront
- Minimum 12-month term; 30 days' notice to cancel after the minimum term
- Amendments free for retained clients
