Evolved HR is committed to full transparency in relation to our services and costs. We have not increased our prices for over five years, as part of our commitment to supporting SMEs with cost management wherever possible. However, due to the wider impact of the UK economy, we have had to review our pricing structure. The fees below apply from 1 April 2026.

Policies & Handbooks

Investigations & Case Management

Notes
- All prices shown exclude VAT at the standard rate.
- Standard contracts use templated clauses suitable for most businesses.
- Enhanced/Bespoke contracts include tailored clauses, sector-specific provisions, and additional customisation.
- Document Packages are customised based on your specific contract and handbook requirements; contact us for a tailored quote.
- Contractor/Consultancy Agreements, Director's Service Agreements and Settlement Agreements are quoted individually based on scope and complexity.
- Investigations and complex cases are quoted individually based on scope; no additional costs will be applied without prior discussion and agreement.
- Retained clients receive priority support and document updates.
- Amendments to existing documents are charged at the hourly rate, with no additional cost for retained clients.
Travel: Retained clients generally do not pay travel costs — this is typically included or agreed as part of the arrangement. For project-based and pay-as-you-go clients, travel is charged at 45p per mile where the distance from the Consultant's postcode is 41 miles or more. We will always advise you of any travel costs prior to site attendance. Clients are responsible for overnight accommodation and reasonable expenses where applicable.
At present, there are 2 HR specialists. Suzanne is based within the SA10 postcode and Sarah within the CF81 postcode. This enables site visit costs to be minimised.
