Three options designed to grow with your business. All packages include a minimum 12-month commitment with 30 days' notice, and payment is made one month in advance from your live date. On-site travel within Wales is included.

A solid foundation for businesses taking their first steps with proper HR support. You'll have access to essential employment documents, unlimited advice, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing help is always at hand.

  • 3 Standard Template Contracts of Employment with your company logo (referred to ACAS for Policy and Procedures)
  • Interview and Onboarding Templates
  • Probationary Period Policy and Process Documents

This is our most popular option. Ideal for companies with 5 or more employees. From Recruitment to Resignation, this option supports your HR compliance needs for each stage of the Employee Life Cycle.

  • Documentation & Guides to support the employee journey from interview stage to the end of employment
  • Additional Policies and Processes as required (business need)
  • Support via Email, FaceTime and Phone, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (outside of these hours by agreement with no additional cost)
  • Site support for Gross Misconduct disciplinary processes
  • Site support with any Grievance relating to Discrimination or Sexual Harassment
  • Supporting Mediation in the event of an Employment Tribunal claim
  • Recommending & Supporting strategic workforce cost efficiencies (Acting as HR Business Partner/Director)

Branching Out

per month + VAT · all business sizes

Our most comprehensive package, combining everything in Option B with dedicated on-site presence each month. Ideal for businesses that want a true HR partner embedded in their team, supporting managers and driving people strategy from within.

What's included
  • Everything in Option B (Healthy Growth)
  • Site Attendance for 20 hours per month (allocation of hours can be weekly, fortnightly, or as business needs dictate)
  • Hours can be negotiated to increase or decrease the monthly hours. The cost may be adjusted to reflect the changes
  • A dedicated Senior/Director Level HR Expert supporting your Growth Plan
  • Company-focused Management Development & Coaching
  • Support with in-house HRIS, T&A, and Payroll Systems
  • 15% discount on additional services
  • Transparent pricing, no hidden costs

Payment Terms
  • Minimum commitment: 12 months
  • Payment: 1 month in advance from live date
  • Notice period: 30 days to cancel after minimum term
  • On-site travel: Included within Wales; 45p per mile outside Wales
  • VAT: VAT is payable in addition to all listed prices
