Suzanne CullenMCIPD
Suzanne founded Evolved HR in 2016, bringing over 25 years of hands-on HR and employment law experience. Her career spans a wide range of sectors, from large corporate and PLC environments to SMEs, where she led national change programmes, complex restructures, and TUPE transfers at a senior level.
She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management, and is a qualified NLP Practitioner. Suzanne is passionate about making great HR genuinely accessible for small businesses, practical, personal, and always in plain English.
Sarah Davies
Sarah brings over 20 years of HR experience to the Evolved HR team, with a distinguished career spanning retail, manufacturing, the public sector, and the emergency services, including a senior role in HR Operations and Planning where she was accountable for governance, quality assurance, workforce planning, and mentoring HR professionals on complex casework and employment law.
Sarah brings real depth and a thorough, detail-oriented approach to everything she works on, and is a trusted source of expertise for clients navigating complex or sensitive situations.
Daisy Cullen
Daisy is the daughter of Evolved HR's founder, Suzanne, and has grown up with a front-row view of what it takes to build a business with real heart. She works part-time alongside her studies, bringing energy, warmth, and a genuine commitment to the team and the clients they support.
Currently studying a Level 2 Electrical Route Qualification in Building Services Engineering at Afan College, Daisy has a real passion for green energy and the future of sustainable building. She keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, supporting the team with administration, document management, and client communications; and is often the friendly first voice clients hear when they get in touch.
Alfie
Alfie is a valued member of the Evolved HR team, keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes. As Facilities Technician, he ensures everything is in good working order so the team can focus on what they do best — supporting clients.
With a hands-on approach and a reliable, can-do attitude, Alfie plays an important role in making sure the working environment is always welcoming, well-maintained, and ready for business.
