This is our most popular option. Ideal for companies with 5 or more employees. From Recruitment to Resignation, this option supports your HR compliance needs for each stage of the Employee Life Cycle.

- Supporting ACAS Mediation in the event of an Employment Tribunal claim
- Recommending and Supporting Strategic Workforce Cost Efficiencies (acting as HR Business Partner/Director)

The perfect option for a company with a strategic growth plan that wants the support of a Senior or Director-level HR professional, without the cost of a permanent hire (typically £65k+ per annum). Your dedicated HR partner works alongside your leadership team to reduce the risks of workforce growth whilst keeping costs under control.

- Site Attendance for 20 hours per month (allocation of hours can be weekly, fortnightly, or as business needs dictate)
- Hours can be negotiated to increase or decrease the monthly hours. The cost may be adjusted to reflect the changes

Package Terms: All retained packages require a minimum 12-month commitment. Payment is made one month in advance. 30 days' notice is required to cancel after the minimum 12-month term has been completed. Pricing for 65+ employees is available by agreement.
Travel: Retained clients generally do not pay travel costs — this is typically included or agreed as part of the arrangement. For project-based and pay-as-you-go clients, travel is charged at 45p per mile where the distance from the Consultant's postcode is 41 miles or more. We will always advise you of any travel costs prior to site attendance. Clients are responsible for overnight accommodation and reasonable expenses where applicable.
